Because we provide digital services, not physical products, different rules apply compared to traditional product returns.

Afzal Digital Deals provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • SEO and local marketing

  • Paid advertising management

  • Social media and content services

  • Lead generation campaigns

  • Strategy, consulting, and setup services

These services involve time, expertise, planning, and execution. Once work has started, resources are immediately allocated.

2. General Refund Policy

❌ No Automatic Refunds

Payments for digital marketing services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

✅ Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under specific conditions outlined below.

3. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of payment

  • Work on the service has not yet started

  • No strategy, setup, campaign creation, or consulting session has been delivered

If these conditions are met, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already started (including research, planning, setup, or execution)

  • Campaigns, ads, SEO work, or consulting sessions have been delivered

  • Delays caused by the client (missing information, approvals, or access)

  • Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations rather than service failure

  • Changes in third-party platforms (Google, Meta, algorithms, ad accounts, policies)

  • Monthly retainers already billed for the active period

 

5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered if:

  • Only a portion of the agreed service has been completed

  • The client cancels before major execution begins

Any partial refund will reflect:

  • Time spent

  • Work already delivered

  • Tools, resources, or third-party costs incurred

6. Monthly & Ongoing Services

For monthly or subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel future services by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle

  • Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable

  • Services will continue until the end of the paid period

7. Advertising & Third-Party Costs

All third-party costs are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Paid tools, software, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf

  • Platform fees charged by external providers

These costs are controlled by third parties and are outside our refund authority.

8. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  3. Include:

    • Your full name and company name

    • Date of payment

    • Service purchased

    • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

9. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect:

  • Repeated refund requests

  • Abuse of our policies

  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
